HITT BOOT CAMP:
This class focuses on short duration, high intensity intervals paired with periods of lower intensity intervals for active recovery. This form of exercise can train the body to be more efficient. Expect to build endurance and lean muscle in this powerhouse of a fitness class.
STRENGTH TRAINING FROM HOME:
Start your day off right with strength-based exercises to build muscle. This class will be a mix of circuit training and HIIT focused on proper form and progressions. If you feel nervous about how to start strength training, this is a great place to start!! This class does not require weights to participate, however having some weighted object would be ideal (heavy book, water
CORE & GLUTES:
Core & Glutes is focused on engaging and strengthening your abdominals, glutes, obliques and hamstrings. Slightly longer than the core training class, Core & Glutes will combine HIIT series with endurance-based sets to generate stability in the core region. No equipment is necessary for this class except a mat for comfort.

Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Classes:
Des Fit & Dance offers beneficial maternal fitness regimens for both the mother and the fetus. We select and integrate mind-body exercises, effective breathing, and relaxation techniques into an exercise program for pregnant women. We educate our clients on maternity health/ nutrition and fitness program to women in all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Our prenatal and postpartum fitness services are demonstrated in a variety of small exercise apparatus into group and one-on-one sessions.
